BAM Savings, LLC is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every business owner, purchasing professional, and supplier partner to be able to learn about our group purchasing program and contact us without barriers.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

• Build the site with semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link.
• Make every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and hide purely decorative graphics from assistive technology.
• Label every form field, mark required fields, announce errors, and move focus to confirmation messages.
• Maintain colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
• Support text resizing and reflow — the site works at 200% zoom and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling.
• Never take control of scrolling. Scroll-driven animations respond to your own scrolling, and when your device is set to reduce motion, the site presents its content statically instead.
• Keep sound off unless you turn it on, and provide a visible control to turn it off again.
• Test with automated tools (axe-core) at desktop and mobile sizes and across interactive states, and review with keyboard-only navigation.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some content may not yet fully meet our standard. In particular:

• The animated "Savings Vault" is presented for visual effect; its content (the categories and estimated savings) is also available as plain text on the page.
• Some third-party content, such as supplier websites we link to, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again at the address above with the subject line "Accessibility complaint," and it will be escalated to management for review.

Enforcement and compatibility

This website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. It may not display or function optimally in older browsers.
